A Brief History of ThanksDrinking
by adminSo ThanksDrinking started one fateful night back on Thanksgiving of 2003.
It started with the normal woes about having to do things with your family and turned into a three day drinking fest.
It was then that it was decided to create a holiday with some guidelines; because Thanksgiving had lost its true meaning. No one was thankful anymore; we just used it as an excuse to over eat and get fat.
This is how it works. You get 3 cases of beer, and 2 people. You lock yourself into a safe location where no one has to drive and you don’t come out until all the beer is gone. Usually lasts 3 days, has been known to be as short as a day and half.
Now you might ask why would I binge drink like that? Well it’s too keep with the American tradition of overabundance.
But more importantly it’s a time to spend with your close friends get drunk and talk about the stories from the year. It’s a time to laugh and time to reminisce and just be glad your life is as awesome as it is.
So that’s the brief history and as we get more content on the site you’ll be able to learn even more.
